Final Sale Policy: All purchases are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for any reason. Therefore, please choose your items carefully.

Exchange Policy: In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, we will offer an exchange. To initiate an exchange, please email us at info@handcraftedbyarunima.com within 5 days of receiving your order or send us a direct message on Instagram. Please provide a clear video or photo of the received item along with the reason for the exchange. We will arrange for the pickup of the incorrect item and dispatch the correct item as soon as possible. Note that exchanges are only offered for defective items or items that do not match your order. We do not entertain return or refund requests.

Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale are strictly non-exchangeable. We believe in offering significant discounts during our sales, and in return, we request our customers to carefully consider their choices before making a purchase.

Exchange Charges: We do not offer free exchanges. A total charge of INR 199 (which may vary depending on your location) is applicable and must be borne by the customer for all exchanges.

Shipping Costs: We do not cover the cost of shipping for exchanges. While we will support you in exchanging the product, it is the customer's responsibility to inform us in a timely manner.
